NOVELTY - Preparing dispersion of the metal-organic frame composite material comprises (a) dispersing the graphene oxide in a solvent, adding activated carbon and ultrasonically processing to obtain an uniform graphene oxide/activated carbon oxidized graphene with active carbon, (b) dissolving the copper salt in the solvent, dissolving trimellitic acid in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) or ethanol, mixing the two solutions and stirring to obtain the precursor reaction solution B of copper-metal-organic frameworks (MOF) material, (c) mixing the dispersion liquid A and precursor reaction liquid B and using the new constant temperature shaking method to react, cooling to room temperature again to obtain the product by suction filtration, washing the product 6 times with water and ethanol and vacuum drying. USE - The composite material is useful for adsorbing, separating and protecting toxic and harmful gases, preferably nitrogen dioxide, nitric oxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has multi-level pore structure of micropores, mesopores and macropores; and has great application potential in the adsorption, separation and protection of harmful gases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing dispersion of the metal-organic frame composite material comprises (a) dispersing the graphene oxide in a solvent, adding activated carbon and ultrasonically processing for 24-72 hours to obtain an uniform graphene oxide/activated carbon oxidized graphene with active carbon, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide to activated carbon is 1:1-4 and the concentration of graphene oxide/activated carbon in the solvent is 6-20 mg/ml, (b) dissolving the copper salt in the solvent, dissolving trimellitic acid in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) or ethanol, mixing the two solutions and stirring to obtain the precursor reaction solution B of copper-metal-organic frameworks (MOF) material, where the molar concentration of the copper salt in the solvent is 0.2-0.6, the molar concentration of trimesic acid in DMF or ethanol is 0.15-0.3 and the solvent is at least one of deionized water, ethanol and N,N-dimethylformamide, (c) mixing the dispersion liquid A obtained in the step (a) and the precursor reaction liquid B obtained in the step (b) and using the new constant temperature shaking method to react at 80-95 degrees C for 15-35 hours, cooling to room temperature again to obtain the product by suction filtration, washing the product 6 times with water and ethanol and vacuum drying at 140-180 degrees C for 15-30 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for metal-organic frame composite material, prepared by the method mentioned above, which is a whole structure made of metal organic framework, graphene oxide and activated carbon, where the composite material has a multi-level pore structure of micropores, mesopores and macropores.
