NOVELTY - Thermally controlled graphene fabric comprises fabric layer as base layer of fabric, and thermal cycle coating for absorbing and emitting far infrared rays, where the fabric layer is fabric made by woven, knitted or non-woven fabrics, and the thermal cycle coating is coated to the reverse side of fabric layer, and far-infrared material in the thermal cycle coating is graphene. USE - Used as thermally controlled graphene fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fabric: promotes human microcirculation; activates body; and eliminates fatigue. The method: coats the thermal cycle coating to the reverse side of the fabric layer to absorb and reflect far infrared rays; utilizes far-infrared material of thermal cycle coating which is which is durable, washable, and has service life; prevents the fabric from adhering to skin by attaching the anti-adhesive layer to reverse side of thermal cycle coating; and occurs resonance absorption when the human skin encounters far infrared rays radiated by thermal cycle coating, which is converted into human thermal energy, and quickly increases the body temperature and promotes perspiration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermally controlled graphene fabric comprising (i) preparing fabric layer by weaving, and dyeing, (ii) preparing anti-adhesive layer by weaving, and dyeing, (iii) mixing the binder and graphene powder in a ratio to obtain coating agent, and then configuring the dimethylformamide and coating agent in a ratio to obtain coating slurry, (iv) rolling up the fabric layer and coating the coating slurry to the reverse side of fabric layer, then immersing in aqueous solution to solidify, forming thermal cycle coating on the reverse side of the fabric layer, drying the fabric layer and thermal cycle coating, cooling, and rolling up, and (v) rolling up the composite layer of fabric layer and thermal cycle coating, entering into the two low-temperature hot-press rollers, then entering the anti-adhesive layer into the two low-temperature hot-press rollers, and entering the low-temperature hot-pressing compound, and then coating the adhesive before anti-adhesive layer enters the low-temperature hot-press roller.
