▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based antistatic wear-resisting two-component epoxy resin coating comprises component (A) and component (B) at mass ratio of 2-5:1. The component (A) comprises 100 pts. wt. mixed epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 30-50 pts. wt. filler, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0-3 pts. wt. pigment. The component (B) comprises 20-30 pts. wt. hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane oligomer, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 15-25 pts. wt. multifunctional epoxy curing agent. USE - Graphene-based antistatic wear-resisting two-component epoxy resin coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based antistatic two-component epoxy resin coating has high wear resistance and improved thermal conductivity.
