NOVELTY - Olefin block copolymer foam material, comprises olefin block copolymers, cross-linking agents, polyethylene and graphene. The foaming material is prepared by a supercritical foaming method, where diameter of the cells of the foaming material ranged from 5-300 µm, and the compression strength is 0.05-1.00 MPa. USE - Olefin block copolymer foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The olefin block copolymer (OBC)/graphene nano-composite material uses green and eco-friendly supercritical carbon dioxide foaming to introduce the cell structure, which endows the material with excellent resilience, thermal insulation and lightweight, and effectively control the cell structure of the system, so as to further improve the related properties of the OBC/graphene nano-composite foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing an olefin block copolymer foamed material, which involves: mixing an olefin block copolymer, a cross-linking agent, polyethylene and graphene, and then carrying out blending extrusion treatment by an extruder; vulcanizing the extruded sample to obtain a blend material; ubjecting the blend material to supercritical foaming treatment.
