NOVELTY - Magnetic graphene oxide-based immobilized lactase with photothermal enhanced enzyme activity comprises glutaraldehyde to activate amino group on the functional carrier to bond with lactase, a modified magnetic graphene oxide nanocomposite material as functional carrier, the material uses graphene oxide as a raw material to synthesize magnetic nanoparticles-graphene oxide nanocomposite by solvothermal reaction, and is is obtained by modifying it with pyrene butyric acid and polyethyleneimine. USE - Used as magnetic graphene oxide-based immobilized lactase with photothermal enhanced enzyme activity. ADVANTAGE - The lactase: has high loading capacity, good stability, and reusability properties; can realizes photothermal enhancement of enzyme activity under near-infrared light irradiation; breaks through the inability to separate and recover soluble lactose in the past, and limits continuous and long-term applications in practice; and has 152% enzyme activity under near-infrared light irradiation, which helps the continuous operation of the microsphere reactor.
