NOVELTY - Wear-resistant hydrophilic polyurethane comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polyol, 20-30 pts. wt. isocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. grafting agent, 2-8 pts. wt. dibutyl tin dilaurate, 1-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-4 pts. wt. polymerization liquid. USE - Wear-resistant hydrophilic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant hydrophilic polyurethane has improved hydrophilicity and bentonite sheets increases the shrinkage of the product and improves the wear resistance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wear-resistant hydrophilic polyurethane, which involves heating the isocyanate to 40-46?oC, keeping warm and stirring for 20 minutes, and then adding the polyol, grafting agent, and dibutyltin dilaurate in sequence, stirring for 10-20min, the stirring speed is 200r/min, then adding chain extender and polymerization solution, stirring for 20-30min, the stirring speed is increased to 500-600r/min, completing stirring, performing foaming at a foaming temperature of 20-30?oC, and foaming polyurethane to obtain the polyurethane.
