NOVELTY - Preparing conductive bionic hydrogel comprises (i) dissolving phenyl-2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyllithium phosphite in water or buffer; (ii) adding conductive component into the obtained liquid and dispersing uniformly, where the conductive component comprises at least one of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrenesulfonic acid, polypyrrole, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide and carbon nanotube; (iii) adding polyether F127 diacrylate (F127DA) into step (ii) obtained liquid and dissolving; (iv) adding dopamine hydrochloride into step (iii) obtained liquid, placing in dark place and stirring; and (v) irradiating the liquid obtained in step (iv) with the preset wavelength light to form a gel. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive bionic hydrogel is useful for electrodes of electrocardiogram sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares conductive bionic hydrogel with good conductivity, reversible adhesion and high toughness and good biocompatibility; and portable electrocardiogram monitoring intelligent device can accurately measure the electrocardiogram signal.
