▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer graphene by high temperature self-propagation method involves: (a) pouring magnesium particles with a particle size of 100-200 mesh into a long strip-shaped corundum ark and maintaining the thickness at 3-5 mm; (b) placing the corundum ark carrying magnesium chips in a self-propagating synthesis furnace, embedding a spiral molybdenum wire having a length equivalent to that of the corundum ark in the magnesium chips and connecting the electrodes at both ends; (c) sealing the self-propagating synthesis furnace, introducing carbon dioxide gas, charging and discharging to eliminate the interference of the air and then continuously introducing carbon dioxide gas; and (d) connecting an electric current by an electric welding machine, igniting the magnesium powder to react with carbon dioxide gas, cooling, collecting the target product, ultrasonically cleaning with dilute hydrochloric acid, washing with distilled water, carrying out suction filtration and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing multilayer graphene by high temperature self-propagation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of the multilayer graphene with high purity and yield and without requiring larger equipment, can effectively use the carbon dioxide greenhouse gas in the atmosphere, and uses wide source of raw materials.
