NOVELTY - Preparing graphite/graphene/silver-coated glass microbead coating absorbing fabric involves preparing cloth of suitable size as required, fixing on the needle plate frame of the coating machine smoothly, and adjusting to suitable tension. The certain amount of functional particles and polyurethane resin are weighed. The beaker containing the polyurethane resin is holded on the stirrer. The stirrer is set to run at low speed (about 600rad/min) to stir resin. The functional particles are added to the resin slowly and in small amounts, after functional particles are completely added. The certain amount of thickener is added to obtain mixture. The stirrer is set to operate at high speed (about 2000rad/min), and stirred the above mixture for 30 minutes to ensure uniform mixing. The viscosity of the uniformly stirred paint obtained is determined. USE - Method for preparing graphite/graphene/silver-coated glass microbead coating absorbing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphite/graphene/silver-coated glass microbead coating absorbing fabric that has excellent absorbing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphite/graphene/silver-coated glass microbead coating absorbing fabric involves preparing cloth of suitable size as required, fixing on the needle plate frame of the coating machine smoothly, and adjusting to suitable tension. The small amount of thickener is added multiple times under low speed (about 600rad/min), stirred until viscosity reaches the standard to obtain desired coating. The coating thickness is set to 0.6-2.4 millimeter. The absorbing paint prepared is applied on the coating machine to coat the base fabric. The coated fabric is placed in oven, dried at 80-230 degrees C for 40 minutes, then taken out and placed at room temperature to cure for 24 hours.
