▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene extraction device consists of a stirring tank connected with a feed tank and a water tank, a circulation pump connected to side of the stirring tank through a pipeline, and a pneumatic diaphragm pump provided in the bottom of the stirring tank. The output end of the pneumatic diaphragm pump is sequentially connected with a pressure filter device, an oxidation catalytic device and a filter device. USE - Device is used for extracting graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for extraction of graphene, which involves modifying graphene having particle size of less than 50nm in acidic environment including 20-25% sulfuric acid by activated carbon powder with particle size of 200 mesh, such that grapheme is adsorbed into micropores with diameter of 2-50 nm, adding clear water or deionized water to obtained activated carbon powder, adjusting pH value to more than 10, adding sodium hydroxide to form alkaline environment, expanding graphene oxide into a soft film with particle size of more than 50 nm, separating activated carbon from the obtained liquid by membrane pressure filtration, performing solid-liquid separation, adjusting pH of the liquid containing graphene to alkaline, solidifying activated carbon by pressure filtration, filtering using a nanofiltration membrane, such that the small molecular salt in the solution is filtered out through nanofiltration membrane, adjusting pH to neutral or weak acidic pH of 5-7, reducing the particle size of graphene in neutral or acidic environment, sequentially performing electrocatalytic oxidation, electroflocculation and electrodeposition of titanium-based metal oxide electrode, such that graphene forms a polymer, which shrinks laterally and has particle size of less than 50nm, and filtering obtained solution by the nanofiltration membrane, such that water molecules and salt molecules are quickly filtered out through the nanofiltration membrane based on the molecular weight, and graphene is intercepted by the nanofiltration membrane, realizing the extraction and recycling of graphene.
