NOVELTY - The cold cathode comprises cathode base, graphene film. The graphene film is doped with tungsten. An anode is spaced apart from the cathode base. An electron gun is capable of emitting an electron beam with a higher current density. USE - Cold cathode for use in vacuum electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The cold cathode has a thin graphene film with a high aspect ratio, and maintains a high current density and current.
