NOVELTY - Processing high temperature resistant, strong acid and strong alkali resistant rubber coating involves preparing a coupled graphene by feeding graphene into the silane coupling agent KH560 and stirring it at a speed of 100-200 revolutions per minute and temperature of 90 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and washing it with water, and then drying it to obtain coupled graphene. The method involves selecting 20-30 pts. wt. special fluororubber, 5-15 pts. wt. silicone modified epoxy resin, 4-6 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 1-3 pts. wt. cross-linking aid, 4-6 pts. wt. filler, 2-4 pts. wt. additive, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 6-10 pts. wt. coupled graphene as raw materials. The special fluororubber, silicone modified epoxy resin, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, filler, additive, and coupled graphene are mixed and sequentially sent to premixer for mixing at a speed of 500-1000 revolutions per minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain a premix. USE - Method for processing high temperature resistant, strong acid and strong alkali resistant rubber coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to process high temperature resistant, strong acid and strong alkali resistant rubber coating, which improves shortcoming of fluororubber, such as high temperature vulcanization and difficulty in construction so that fluorine rubber is used in field of anti-corrosion, and uses fluororubber coating in bad environment that is not met by general protective coating.
