NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material comprises 0.05-5 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.2 wt.% silver, less than or equal to 0.05 wt.% impurity elements and copper, where impurity elements comprises less than or equal to 0.005 wt.% iron, less than or equal to 0.002 wt.% bismuth, less than or equal to 0.003 wt.% zinc, less than or equal to 0.01 wt.% mercury, less than or equal to 0.01 wt.% lead, less than or equal to 0.01 wt.% cadmium, less than or equal to 0.01 wt.% chromium, less than or equal to 0.003 wt.% phosphorus, less than or equal to 0.005 wt.% sulfur and less than or equal to 0.003 wt.% oxygen. USE - Used as graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material is simple, feasible and easy to operate, material is uniform, compact in structure, has high intensity, wear resistance and good heat-conducting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing matrix composite material, comprising adding industrial pure copper and copper silver alloy into a vacuum electromagnetic induction furnace and melting to obtain copper liquid, injecting industrial pure copper and copper silver alloy into a vacuum electromagnetic induction furnace and melting to obtain copper liquid, adhering graphene sheet to sinking copper droplets to form a liquid or semi-molten copper/graphene mixture, cooling cast ingot and rolling.
