▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing eggshell membrane-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide complex material comprises (i) treating eggshell membrane with acid and washing with water and isopropyl alcohol, (ii) placing the treated eggshell membrane in a graphene oxide aqueous solution to infiltrate, and loading the graphene oxide on the eggshell membrane, (iii) calcining and carbonizing the graphene oxide-loaded eggshell film obtained in the step (ii) in an inert gas atmosphere, (iv) adding calcined eggshell membrane-derived carbon / graphene oxide complex obtained in the step (iii) to an ethylene glycol solution containing copper nitrate and a sulfur-containing compound, and performing solvothermal reaction. USE - The complex material is useful as supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex material: has excellent capacitance performance, simple preparation process, easy mass production, and excellent application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for eggshell membrane-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide complex material prepared by the above mentioned method.
