NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint comprises component A and component B. The component A includes 13-19 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. environmentally friendly cosolvent, 1-2 pts. wt. graphite powder, 10-50 pts. wt. ferro-phosphorus powder, 25-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. anti-rust agent and 1-6 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The component B includes 1-3 pts. wt. environmentally friendly cosolvent, 8-10 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as graphene epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has zinc powder content of not greater than 30%, salt spray resistance and adhesion resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene epoxy heavy anti-corrosion paint, comprising (i) mixing epoxy resin, environmentally friendly cosolvent, dispersant, graphite powder, antifoaming agent, zinc powder, ferro-phosphorus powder, anti-rust agent and deionized water to obtain component A, (ii) mixing curing agent, environmentally friendly cosolvent and deionized water to obtain component B.
