USE - High thermal conductivity antistatic coating used for air conditioner radiator fan (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity antistatic coating has good adhesion, smooth and compact film surface without air holes, low preparation cost, easy to obtain raw materials, and simple preparation, and solves the corrosion problem of outdoor unit fan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high thermal conductivity antistatic coating comprising mixing high molecular weight polymer, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, antistatic agent, and heat-conducting additive in a mixer by stirring for 60-70 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions/minute (rpm), obtaining mixture A, adding graphene in absolute ethyl alcohol solution, ultrasonically vibrating at 15-25 degrees C, adding nano-silicon dioxide and nano-titanium dioxide, uniformly dispersing, ultrasonically processing at 35-45 kHz to obtain nanoparticle suspension B, mixing mixture A, nanoparticle suspension B, defoamer, adhesion promoter, and anhydride curing agent by stirring for 50-80 minutes at 500-600 revolutions/minute with a stirrer, and obtaining the product.
