NOVELTY - Mixing method for antistatic master batch preparation comprises soaking nano-zinc oxide in silane coupling agent water solution for 5-15 minutes, and taking out the soaked nano-zinc oxide to dry; putting polyester slice and processed nano-zinc oxide in an open mill, mixing at 205-215 degrees C, and preparing nano-zinc oxide master batch; sequentially cutting the polyester slice and nano-zinc oxide master batch, mixing antistatic agent, glyceryl cocoate, zinc stearate, and antioxidant in an open mill at 220-235 degrees C; adding the raw materials into a double-screw extruder to obtain molten mixture; and pressurizing the obtained molten mixture by a melt pump and filtering by a filter, extruding by a die head to obtain a strip-shaped melt, cooling the melt strip through a water tank, continuously drying and removing water by a dehydrator and a hot air, granulating, and filtering the antistatic master batch.
