NOVELTY - The solar cell has a first electrode layer (2) arranged on a first packaging substrate (1). A second electrode layer (5) is fixed on a second packaging substrate (6). A photoelectric conversion device (3) is arranged between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. Sealing glue (4) comprises a peripheral sealing portion, where the peripheral sealing portion is arranged around the periphery of the photoelectric conversion device and adhered and fixed between the first package substrate and the second package substrate. The photoelectric conversion device is located in a sealing space formed by the first packaging substrate, the second packaging substrate and the peripheral sealing portion. A conductive resin layer (7) is formed by mixing resin material and conductive particle, where resin material is epoxy resin, organic silicon resin, resin polyimide phenolic resin, polyurethane resin and acrylic resin. USE - Solar cell i.e. non-fullerene organic solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell improves tightness of a cell main body, prevents external water vapor and oxygen from contact to a photoelectric converter, which avoids the photoelectric conversion device from failure caused by water-vapor and oxygen erosion, and ensures sealing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The conductive particles are aluminium particles, silver particles, copper particles, molybdenum particles, graphite and one or more graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a solar cell preparation method.
