▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ferric chloride is dissolved in ethylene glycol, and sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol are added, such that mass ratio of ferric chloride, sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol is 10:54:15-30:54:30. The resultant mixture is magnetically stirred, and placed in Teflon (RTM: polytetrafluoroethylene)-lined reaction vessel. The spin-coated copper foil is soaked into the reaction vessel solution, solvothermal process is carried out at 200 degrees C for 9-12 hours to obtain iron oxide-loaded carbon nanotubes-reinforced graphene composite. USE - Preparation of iron oxide-loaded carbon nanotubes-reinforced graphene composite used as cathode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery using iron oxide-loaded carbon nanotubes-reinforced graphene composite has high capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Single-walled carbon nanotubes, lithium sheet, monoiodonaphthalene dodecane are stirred in aqueous ammonia in the mass ratio of 1:7.7:200-1:14.3:400. The total concentration of single-walled carbon nanotubes, lithium sheet and monoiodonaphthalene dodecane is 0.1-0.2 g/ml. The resultant solution is cleaned using methanol and deionized water and extracted using preset amount of n-hexane to obtain surface-grafted dodecyl single-walled carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes are dissolved in chloroform, ultrasonically dispersed and resultant chloroform solution is spin-coated on copper foil. The resultant material is placed in a tube furnace, purged with argon, and processed at 900-1100 degrees C to obtain copper foil. Ferric chloride is dissolved in ethylene glycol, and sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol are added, such that mass ratio of ferric chloride, sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol is 10:54:15-30:54:30. The total concentration of ferric chloride, sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol is 0.15-0.2 g/ml.
