▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A three-dimensional (3D) build material composition (10) comprises 70-95 wt.% polyamide particles and 5-30 wt.% biodegradable polyester filler particles with respect to total weight of the composition. The composition does not contain additional filler particles. USE - Build material composition used for three-dimensional printing (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to rapid product prototyping, mold generation, mold master generation, short run manufacturing, food packaging and biomedical applications. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional build material composition is devoid of other filler particles, such as carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphene nanoplatelets, graphite powder, polymer powders (e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene), glass beads, etc. The biodegradable polyester filler particles have been found to increase 3D object stiffness without also significantly increasing the weight of the 3D printed object. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: three-dimensional printing kit, which comprises the build material composition, and a fusing agent (12) containing an energy absorber dissolved or dispersed in a liquid vehicle; and three-dimensional printing method.
