▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based cobalt(II) phosphide cathode material, comprises (i) adding 2-methylimidazole into methanol and stirring uniformly to obtain solution A, (ii) adding cobalt nitrate into methanol and stirring uniformly to obtain solution B, (iii) adding solution B into solution A, mixing uniformly, sealing and aging, centrifuging the obtained aged solution, washing using methanol and drying obtained precipitate, (iv) adding dried precipitate into graphene solution, mixing by stirring, then adding sodium ascorbate, ultrasonically homogenizing and allowing to stand to obtain aerogel product, and (v) freeze-drying the aerogel product, placing aerogel product and phosphorus source in a calcining furnace together, and calcining to obtain final product. USE - The cathode material is useful in preparing lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: shows excellent electrochemical performance; and has capacity of 608 mAh/g under charge and discharge of current at a rate of 100 mA/g, capacity of 390 mAh/g under charge and discharge of current at a rate of 5 mA/g, excellent multiplier performance and stable efficiency of greater than or equal to 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-based cobalt(ii) phosphide cathode material prepared by above mentioned method.
