NOVELTY - Weather-resistant high heat-conducting graphene based epoxy resin adhesive comprises 8-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-8 pts. wt. reaction diluent, 3-8 pts. wt. double-component curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. aminated graphene oxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. tin-bismuth alloy nano particles, 60-80 pts. wt. sheet-like silver powder, the bi-component curing agent is mixture of dicyandiamide curing agent and imidazole curing agent. USE - Used as weather-resistant high heat-conducting graphene based epoxy resin adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant high heat-conducting graphene-based epoxy resin adhesive improves the heat conducting conductivity of the adhesive, further improves the bonding force, greatly increases the weather resistance of the adhesive and has excellent high temperature weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing weather-resistant high heat-conducting graphene-based epoxy resin adhesive comprising (1) weighing epoxy resin, reaction diluent, bi-component curing agent, accelerator, coupling agent, aminated graphene oxide, tin-bismuth alloy nanoparticle, sheet-shaped silver powder, (2) adding the epoxy resin, reaction diluent into the double planetary power mixing stirrer to stir, stirring uniformly, then adding curing agent, accelerator, coupling agent, aminated graphene oxide, tin-bismuth alloy nano-particle for stirring, stirring uniformly, adding sheet-shaped silver powder for stirring, (3) rolling the uniformly stirred material by ceramic three-roller machine rolling, de-foaming by de-foaming machine and discharging after low temperature refrigerating.
