▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultrasonic flow channel reaction device useful in preparing graphene comprises multiple tubular reactors in series or parallel. The tubular reactor includes a tube body for fluid flow. The two ends of the tube body communicate with the outside. Multiple baffle devices for blocking but not isolating the fluid flow are provided inside the tube body. Multiple high-frequency ultrasonic vibrators are integrated on the outer surface of the tube body of each tubular reactor. The barrier device includes a first barrier row and a second barrier row. The first barrier row is a V-shaped opening to the liquid outlet of the tube body. The second barrier row is a W-shaped opening to the liquid outlet of the tube body. The first barrier rows and the second barrier rows are alternately arranged. USE - The ultrasonic flow channel reaction device is useful in preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device: invention utilizes a combined processing method of ultrasonic and mechanical force; meets the continuous production demand of slurry processing in the graphite production process; and has a simple design and a floor space, small size, good treatment effect, and low energy consumption, etc. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a right cross-sectional view of a schematic structural diagram of the ultrasonic flow channel reaction device useful in preparing graphene.
