NOVELTY - The device has a working table (1) for placing a heat conducting sheet and moving along transverse feeding direction. A film pressing roller (4) presses the graphene composite heat conducting film on an upper surface of the heat conducting sheet. The film pressing roller and a material control roller assembly (5) limit the graphene composite heat conducting film to stretch. The working table is provided with a clamping mechanism for fixing film on the heat conducting sheet. A guide component (15) is arranged with a screw rod nut component (13).
