NOVELTY - The device comprises a preparation box, where the outer wall of the top portion of the preparation box is fixedly connected with two first connection frames, and the outer walls of one side of the two first connecting frames are fixed with a first motor (3). The output end of the first motor is connected with a rotating frame (4) through a coupler. The outer walls on the two sides of the rotating frame are both fixed with first telescopic rods (7). The first mounting hole is provided on one side outer wall on the rotating frames. The connecting pipe (5) is fixed on the inner walls of two first mounting holes. The hollow grinding block (6), and a first discharge port is opened on the outer sidewall of the hollow grinding blocks. The first connecting rod (8) is connected to one side inner wall of one end of a side of a connecting pipe. USE - The device is useful for preparing modified polyvinylidene fluoride by graphene, which is useful in the water treatment process, organic pollution in water caused by the film, surface as to generate the film pollution, and oxidation graphene hydrophilic material. ADVANTAGE - The modification of the polyvinylidene fluoride is improved, and the stirring time to production efficiency device is reduced. The practicability of the device is improved.
