NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanofiber membrane comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide in water to prepare graphene oxide spinning solution with a concentration of 0.25-0.45 mg/ml, adopting use of spinning tube to squeeze the graphene oxide spinning solution into the coagulation bath, allowing to stand for 20-30 seconds, and cleaning to obtain graphene oxide nanofibers, (b) washing graphene oxide nanofibers to neutrality, adding deionized water, performing ultrasonic vibration for 35-45 minutes, centrifuging at speed of 2500-3000 revolutions/minute for 25-30 minutes, and collecting upper liquid i.e. graphene oxide nanofiber dispersion liquid, (c) vacuum filtering graphene oxide nanofiber dispersion on a microporous filter membrane with pore diameter of 300-400 nm to form membrane, drying the microporous membrane together with the membrane in vacuum, and reducing membrane to obtain the graphene nanofiber membrane. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene nanofiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanofiber membrane has high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, good stability, good mechanical strength and service life.
