NOVELTY - The method for processing light-colored graphene nylon dipped glove, involves weaving graphene nylon high elastic silk into seamless glove core, pretreating through degreasing agent composition, centrifuging and dehydrating to obtain white printing paste, printing white printing paste on front of glove, drying (I), calcining, printing white printing paste on back side of glove, drying (II), re-calcining, impregnating in liquid nitrile rubber latex, drying, washing and drying to obtain final product. The degreasing agent composition comprises degreasing agent and soap lotion. USE - Method for processing light-colored graphene nylon dipped glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not produce white colored graphene nylon dipped gloves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for processing light-colored graphene nylon dipped glove, involves weaving glove core, pre-treating, configuring white paint printing paste, front printing, drying (I), rear printing, drying (II), immersing, washing and drying. The specific process is carried out by (1) weaving graphene nylon high elastic silk into seamless glove core, (2) pretreating through degreasing agent composition in garment dyeing machine, washing at 90-95 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, draining, washing in cold water for 8-10 minutes, centrifuging and dehydrating for 6-8 minutes, controlling moisture at 6-8% to obtain white printing paste, (3) printing white printing paste on front of glove at squeeze pressure of 7-9 kg and temperature of 20-30 degrees C, (4) drying (I) at 95-100 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, calcining at 150-160 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, (5) printing white printing paste on back side of glove at squeeze pressure of 7-9 kg and temperature of 20-30 degrees C, (6) drying (II) at 95-100 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, re-calcining at 150-160 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, (7) impregnating in liquid nitrile rubber latex, (8) drying in oven at 120-130 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, (9) washing at room temperature for 15-20 minutes and (10) drying at 102-105 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. The degreasing agent composition comprises 2-4 G/L degreasing agent and 4-6 G/L soap lotion. The white printing paste comprises 30-40 kg white paint, 20-30 kg adhesive, 4-6 kg thickener, 3-5 kg crosslinking agent and remaining water. The liquid nitrile rubber latex is synthetic rubber made of copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. The liquid nitrile rubber latex has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and strong bonding capacity.
