NOVELTY - Epoxy composite coating comprises 0.1-5 wt.% polyaniline-graphene oxide nanocomposite filler, 30-45 wt.% epoxy resin, 10-35 wt.% polyamide 651 curing agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% wetting and dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent and 20-45 wt.% hybrid solvent. USE - Used as epoxy composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy composite coating exhibits improved corrosion resistance and can prevent its particle agglomeration in epoxy coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an epoxy composite coating, comprising (a) adding epoxy resin to 60-80 vol.% hybrid solvent, adding defoaming agent, wetting and dispersing agent, and leveling agent in sequence, and dispersing for 5-20 minutes at a speed of 500-1500 revolutions/minute, mixing thoroughly and stirring uniformly, (b) adding polyaniline-graphene oxide nanocomposite filler and stirring at high speed for 1-6 hours at a speed of 2000-3500 revolutions/minute to obtain component A of epoxy composite coating and (c) adding the remaining hybrid solvent to the polyamide curing agent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes at a speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute, mixing thoroughly and stirring evenly to obtain the B component of the epoxy composite coating and (d) adding the B component of the epoxy composite coating to the A component of the epoxy composite coating, and allowing to stand for 10-30 minutes to form a film.
