▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 60-90 wt.% of polyphenylene sulfide resin, 10-50 wt.% of graphene micro sheet heat conducting filler, 0.5-4 wt.% of titanate coupling agent and 10-25 wt.% of solvent, where the titanate coupling agent is mono-alkoxylated phosphate titanate, pyrophosphate titanate, chelated pyrophosphate titanate or mono unsaturated fatty acid, and the solvent is acetone, ethanol or isopropanol. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high thermal conductivity of 0.944-4.414 W/mK. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite material, comprising: (a) soaking the graphene micro sheet into absolute ethyl alcohol for 24 hours, filtering and vacuum drying the graphene micro sheets, soaking the dried graphene micro sheets into 30-60 mass% of methyl water solution at 50-80 degrees C for 6-36 hours, filtering the sheets and mixing 5-15 mass% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the graphene micro sheets at normal temperature for 6-24 hours, repeatedly washing the sheets, filtering, and drying at 80 degrees C for 24 hours using a vacuum drying box to obtain the hydroxylation graphene micro sheet; (b) uniformly mixing the titanate coupling agent and the solvent, stirring the mixture, mixing the hydroxylation graphene micro sheet with the mixture, stirring the mixed content using a glass rod for 20 minutes, ultrasonically processing the hydroxylation graphene micro sheet for 30-60 minutes and standing for 24 hours, washing the sheets using distilling water, filtering the sheets, and drying the sheets at 80 degrees C for 24 hours using a vacuum oven to obtain titanate coupling agent modified functional graphene micro sheet; (c) adding the polyphenylene sulfide resin with the graphene micro sheet and the titanate coupling agent modified functional graphene micro sheet into a high speed mixing machine to mix for 10-30 minutes to obtain the polyphenylene sulfide heat conductive modified material; and (d) placing the polyphenylene sulfide heat conductive modified material into molding machine for molding, and pressing the molded material into a small flat vulcanizing machine at 290-300 degrees C under a pressing pressure of 10-15 MPa.
