NOVELTY - Manufacturing method of graphene, involves placing the graphite in the ionic solution and applying first voltage, peeling of the expanded graphite from the aqueous acid solution and applying second voltage. USE - Manufacturing method of graphene used for transparent electrode, thin conductive film, heat generation element, flexible display device and conductive ink. Can also be used in semiconductor device, battery and sensor lamp. ADVANTAGE - The graphite is effectively peeled off through the simple process at short time, and the graphene is obtained at a large size, even when the thickness is thin. The damage of the graphene is minimized and the graphene in which the content of oxygen is low is manufactured.
