NOVELTY - Preparation of bismaleimide resin comprises mixing 15-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 8-10 pts. wt. 4,4' diaminodiphenyl sulfone, 50-70 pts. wt. 1,4 dioxane, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. phase transfer catalyst and 25-35 pts. wt. acetic anhydride at 60-70 degrees c for 3-4 hours, recovering solvent by evaporation, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain bismaleimide resin, mixing 20-30 pts. wt. bismaleimide resin, 80-120 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and 5-10 pts. wt. 4-aminobenzocyclobutene at 70-85 degrees C for 30-45 minutes, adding 1-3 pts. wt. octavinyl cage silsesquioxane, mixing under the protection of nitrogen at 90-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours, removing solvent, drying to obtain pre-modified bismaleimide resin, mixing 10-20 pts. wt. pre-modified bismaleimide resin and 80-100 pts. wt. xylene at 80-90 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, adding 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion, mixing for 30-45 minutes, irradiating with gamma rays under vacuum conditions and evaporating solvent. USE - The method is for preparation of bismaleimide resin.
