NOVELTY - Ceramic glaze comprises 10-18 pts. wt. quartz, 10-18 pts. left cloud soil, 5-15 pts. wt. melting block, 3-10 pts. wt. modified nano-silicon dioxide composite graphene oxide, 3-10 pts. wt. boric acid, 3-10 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 2-6 pts. wt. calcite, 2-6 pts. wt. strontium titanate, 2-6 pts. wt. barium carbonate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 0.5-3 pts. wt. fluorine-containing auxiliary agent. USE - Used as ceramic glaze. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic glaze: has stable performance; improved hardness and wear resistance; compact glaze layer structure and can fill the air hole on the surface of the ceramic substrate; improved stain resistance and cold resistance; high quality; stable performance; and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of ceramic glaze. The method uses nano-silicon dioxide, silicon micro powder, dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, wetting agent and deionized water to prepare modified nano-silicon dioxide composite graphene oxide. The method involves preparing ethanol aqueous solution of trimethylolpropane and adding graphene oxide, surfactant, coupling agent and modified processing agent into it.
