▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low temperature resistant resin composite material comprises (1) taking 60-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. nano curing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. cold-resistant auxiliary agent and 10-15 pts. wt. modified polyether ketone resin, (2) heating epoxy resin to 100- 110degreesC, adding graphene and cold-resistant auxiliary agent into the epoxy resin at room temperature, placing in the planetary stirrer, where the rotating speed is 1800 rotations/minute, rotating and stirring for 30 seconds to obtain the mixed solution, and (3) heating the mixed solution to 130-140degreesC, adding modified polyether ketone resin, stirring for 50-80 minutes, adding 10-15 pts. wt. nano curing agent, mixing uniformly, heating and curing to obtain the low temperature resistant resin composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing low temperature resistant resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem that the existing resin composite material has bad cold and hot alternating performance.
