▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber/graphene composite electromagnetic shielding prepreg, comprises (i) soaking the graphene film in the activator for 0.5-2 hours, washing, and drying at 60-80 ℃, (ii) heating and melting the resin matrix, coating it evenly on the release paper to form a resin film, and controlling the thickness of the resin film to 0.1-0.8 mm, and (iii) spreading the unidirectional carbon fiber yarn or woven cloth on the surface treated graphene film, and pressing it into the resin film of step (ii) by heating rollers to make a multilayer of carbon fiber-graphene film-carbon fiber composite sandwich structure to obtain carbon fiber/graphene composite electromagnetic shielding prepreg, where the activator is a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, triton, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium nitrate, sodium sulfate, and/or sodium hydroxide, and the concentration range of the activator is ≯ 15mol/l-1. USE - The carbon fiber/graphene composite electromagnetic shielding prepreg is useful as an intermediate material for lightweight and electromagnetic shielding composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber/graphene composite electromagnetic shielding prepreg has excellent mechanical structure strength, modulus and electromagnetic shielding performance.
