NOVELTY - Preparing high-toughness high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice skate blade comprises mixing silicon nitride powder, lutetium oxide-aluminium oxide-magnesium oxide, yttrium stabilized zirconia powder and graphene; adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, isopropanol and absolute ethanol in a nylon ball mill tank, placing in silicon nitride grinding balls and grinding them with a planetary ball mill to a slurry; drying, crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain uniformly mixed powder; drying the mixed powder under a pressure of 5-20 MPa, and performing cold isostatic pressing at a pressure of 200-300 MPa to obtain green body; placing the green body into a platinum crucible, heating under an inert atmosphere, and pre-sintering; filling platinum crucible with nitrogen, and performing air pressure sintering; and cooling to room temperature along with the furnace; and processing the prepared silicon nitride ceramic material to make silicon nitride ceramic ice skate. USE - The method is useful for high-toughness high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice cutter used in high-power electronic power device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a high-strength high-toughness high-lubrication silicon nitride ceramic ice cutter with high toughness and high toughness. The anti-bending strength of the ceramic material prepared by the method can reach 1000 MPa, the fracture toughness reaches 10MPa, friction coefficient, wear resistance is improved, and the graphene has good lubrication.
