NOVELTY - Bendable electro-thermal film device comprises polyimide base layer coated with organic electric heating film on the surface. The organic electro-thermal film comprises 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 2-9 pts. wt. ion liquid, 1-8 pts. wt. multi-wall carbon nano-tube, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black granules and 260-300 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Used as bendable electro-thermal film device. ADVANTAGE - The bendable electro-thermal film device: has soft and bendable electric heating film, stable structure and heat stability and high heat generation efficacy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bendable electro-thermal film device, comprising (i) adding the graphene, ion liquid, multi-wall carbon nano-tube, carbon black granules and cellulose into the polytetrafluoroethylene, ball milling and mixing uniformly; (ii) coating the mixture uniformly on the surface of the polyimide base layer and allowing to stand for defoaming; and (iii) curing thermally.
