NOVELTY - The fabric comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a base layer, where the base layer is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer. The base layer is made of film material. The inner layer is made of cotton fabric. The outer layer is made of textile fabric. The film material is prepared by weighing degradable material and polypropylene according to parts by weight, and mixing to obtain a mixture. The degradative component is added into the mixture for blending, and then extrusion by double-screw extruder to obtain co-mixed material, where extruding temperature is 220-250 degrees Centigrade. Vacuum dry process is performed for 16-24 h under the condition of 80 degrees Centigrade. The mixed material after dry is melted by a screw extruder and the melting temperature is 230-290 degrees Centigrade. Extruding, stretching, cooling, self-bonding processes are performed to form the film material. USE - Medical antistatic fabric. Uses include but are not limited to mask, protective clothing, surgical cap, surgical bag, pillowslip, bed sheet, quilt cover and shoe cover. ADVANTAGE - The medical antistatic fabric has good moisture absorption and perspiration effect, good moisture absorption, air permeability, hygroscopicity and ventilation property, and good antibacterial function, and is easy to breed bacteria. The finished agent is made of 3-amino-coumarin and cyanuric chloride as raw materials to prepare the fabric. The textile fabric contains graphene fiber, which has good antiistatic effect.
