NOVELTY - Graphene-containing cable material comprises SG-5PVC resin, high density polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, polyethylene glycol diacrylate, modified montmorillonite, kaolin, diisononyl phthalate, methyl vinyl ether, polyethylene wax, antioxidant 1035, graphene, Vaseline (RTM: Petroleum jelly), tributyl citrate, antioxidant 1024, antimony trioxide and barium stearate. USE - Used as graphene-containing cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has good high temperature resistance property, high insulation resistance property and high mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-containing cable material comprises 110-120 pts. wt. SG-5PVC resin, 20-30 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 13-25 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol diacrylate, 50-60 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite, 20-30 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-2 pts. wt. diisononyl phthalate, 1-2 pts. wt. methyl vinyl ether, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant 1035, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. Vaseline (RTM: Petroleum jelly), 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant 1024, 10-15 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, and 4-8 pts. wt. barium stearate. Preparation of the modified montmorillonite comprises calcining montmorillonite at 700-750 degrees C for 1-2 hours, taking out, cooling, stirring in 10-15% concentration of sodium hydroxide for 30-40 minutes, filtering, washing using deionized water, drying, adding 2-4% accelerating agent DM, 3-6% aqueous talc, 1-2% vanadium boride and 1-2% linseed oil, mixing uniformly and grinding into powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-containing cable material, comprising (i) uniformly mixing high density polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, kaolin and antioxidant 1035, kneading in a kneader at 130-135 degrees C for 6-12 minutes, taking out and cooling; and (ii) uniformly mixing the cooled material with remaining raw materials, kneading in a double-screw extruder, and granulating at 169-180 degrees C.
