NOVELTY - Preparing dopamine modified dielectric filler comprises soaking a mixture of nan-titanium dioxide and copper phthalocyanine in a dopamine aqueous solution, stirring and mixing evenly, filtering, washing with deionized, drying, to obtain dopamine modified nano-titanium dioxide and phthalocyanine copper mixture, adding the dopamine-modified nano titanium dioxide and phthalocyanine copper mixture with aqueous solution of graphene oxide, evenly stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, adding dopamine solution, adjusting pH, reacting, filtering, washing and vacuum drying. USE - The filler is useful for dielectric elastomer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filler has stable comprehensive performance and high dielectric constant of the dielectric elastomer complex prepared with the complex material; can reduce the dielectric loss; and improves the electro-distortion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing dopamine modified dielectric filler comprises (a) soaking a mixture of nan-titanium dioxide and copper phthalocyanine in a dopamine aqueous solution, stirring and mixing evenly, adjusting the pH to 8-9, allowing to stand for 1-3 hours, filtering, washing with deionized to neutral and drying, to obtain dopamine modified nano-titanium dioxide and phthalocyanine copper mixture, (b) adding the dopamine-modified nano titanium dioxide and phthalocyanine copper mixture with aqueous solution of graphene oxide, evenly stirring, ultrasonically dispersing for 36-48 hours at 30-45 degrees C, adding dopamine solution, adjusting pH to 8-9, reacting for 12-24 hours, filtering, washing with deionized water until it is neutral and vacuum drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for dopamine modified dielectric filler is prepared by above method.
