▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises polymer, and graphene-containing material having specific surface area (SSA) of approximately 60 m2/g, and 1% SSA combined into the polymer. The composite material has a glass transition temperature that is 10% greater than a glass transition temperature of the polymer in absence of the graphene-containing material. USE - Composite material used for functionalizing carbon structures, either in-situ, or within plasma reactor, or liquid collection facility. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has storage modulus of at least approximately 2.5 GPa at approximately 50 degrees Celsius, maximum tan delta of approximately 1.5 or 0.25, 30% higher storage modulus than the polymer in absence of the graphene-containing material, glass transition temperature higher than approximately 30 degrees Celsius, fractal dimension greater than approximately 1.0, individual platelet layer count between approximately 2 and 25 layers, D/G ratio of Raman band intensities between approximately 0.3 and 1, oxygen-containing species between approximately 0.2% and 5%, particularly 10%, particle sizes between approximately 100 nanometer and 1.0 micron or 200 nanometer and 5 microns, and exhibit exceptional favorable mechanical, electrical and other properties.
