▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for low-temperature direct brazing of nonmetal and metal by using commercial inactive brazing filler metal involves (s1) cutting and molding a to-be-welded non-metal material, grinding, polishing, ultrasonically cleaning by using acetone and absolute ethanol in sequence, drying to obtain a treated to-be-welded non-metal material, (s2) removing the surface oxide film of the metal to be welded and the brazing filler metal, ultrasonically cleaning by using acetone, drying to obtain the treated metal to be welded and the brazing filler metal, (s3) placing the obtained material on a brazing heating platform by using a fixture, heating, placing a sonotrode, applying pressure, starting ultrasonic welding equipment and cooling. The brazing filler metal is tin-based commercial brazing filler metal, preferably of tin-silver-copper series, tin-copper series, tin-silver series, tin-bismuth series, tin-indium series, tin-lead series or tin-antimony series. USE - Method for low-temperature direct brazing of nonmetal and metal by using commercial inactive brazing filler metal used in power device such as third generation (3G) semiconductor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally-friendly, does not use flux, shortens brazing time, and improves production efficiency. The method uses the commercial non-active tin-based brazed metal to dissolve and diffuse to form the active solder to control the content of the active element, which avoids excessive reaction of active element and solder substrate. The use of ultrasonic welding breaks the surface oxide film of the metal to be welded. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for low-temperature direct brazing of nonmetal and metal by using commercial inactive brazing filler metal involves (s1) cutting and molding a to-be-welded non-metal material, grinding, polishing, ultrasonically cleaning by using acetone and absolute ethanol in sequence, drying to obtain a treated to-be-welded non-metal material, (s2) removing the surface oxide film of the metal to be welded and the brazing filler metal, ultrasonically cleaning by using acetone, drying to obtain the treated metal to be welded and the brazing filler metal, (s3) placing the obtained material on a brazing heating platform by using a fixture, heating at 30-50℃ higher than the melting point of the brazing filler metal, placing a sonotrode, applying pressure, starting ultrasonic welding equipment, treating for 5-20 seconds at 20-100 kHz and the amplitude is 2-20 µm, and cooling. The brazing filler metal is tin-based commercial brazing filler metal, preferably of tin-silver-copper series, tin-copper series, tin-silver series, tin-bismuth series, tin-indium series, tin-lead series or tin-antimony series.
