NOVELTY - Motor rotating shaft composite material comprises 54.5-67.8 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 20-25 pts. wt. polyformaldehyde, 9-15 pts. wt. modified nano aluminum oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. photoinitiator. USE - Used as motor rotating shaft composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material ensures light weight, high strength, and wear and corrosion resistance of motor rotating shaft. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (a) adding polytetrafluoroethylene, polyformaldehyde, modified nano aluminum oxide, graphene and photoinitiator into 300 pts. wt. water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution A, (b) irradiating the mixed solution A with light wave (240-330 nm) for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixed solution B, (c) heating the mixed solution B to 110 degrees C, and removing moisture in the mixed solution B to obtain the dried powder mixture, (d) placing the powder mixture in a mold, and carrying out hot press molding, where hot press molding temperature is 300-305 degrees C, pressure is 5-6 MPa and time is 20-25 minutes, and (e) processing the obtained crude blank mechanically to obtain final product.
