NOVELTY - Antifreeze asphalt pavement material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. asphalt, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl-terminated fluorosilicone oil, 3-6 pts. wt. 2-naphthylamine-3,6,8-trisulfonic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. epoxy modified bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino(trihydroxymethyl)methane, 5-10 pts. wt. carboxylated butyl rubber, 4-8 pts. wt. amino-terminated hyperbranched olybenzimidazole, 3-5 pts. wt. pig hair fiber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene nano sheets, and 2-4 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide. USE - Used as antifreeze asphalt pavement material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is not easy to deform, has good comprehensive performance and stability, good antifreeze effect, good anti-rutting performance, long service life, and improved road transportation efficiency and traffic safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing antifreeze asphalt pavement material comprising mixing components uniformly, stirring and reacting for 25-35 minutes at 160-175 degrees C and a stirring speed of 500-800 revolutions/minutes, and heating to 185-205 degrees C, using high-speed shearing machine at a shear rate of 2800-3500 revolutions/minutes and a shear time of 15-23 minutes to obtain an antifreeze asphalt pavement material; and (2) antifreeze asphalt pavement material.
