▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing oil-soluble graphene involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in solvent (A), adding ammonia based reducing agent to perform partial reduction reaction at 20-200 degrees C for 1-48 hours, (b) after natural filtration or vacuum filtration using a filter paper or a membrane, dispersing the obtained filter cake in solvent (B), (c) adding long carbon chain compounds containing hydroxyl or amino groups and orthoformate, and (d) reacting in an atmospheric container or autoclave at 20-200 degrees C for 0.1-48 hours and separating to obtain oil-soluble graphene. USE - The method is used for preparing oil-soluble graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method chemically modifies the surface structure of graphene by using readily available long-chain compounds containing hydroxyl or amino groups and orthoformate, produces environmentally-friendly graphene product with excellent oil solubility and energy saving effect, improves dispersion and stability of graphene in solvents, does not introduce chloride ions, and is beneficial to industrial production.
