NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional graphene oxide and zero-dimensional modified nanoparticles waterborne wood paint involves using graphite powder and putting into a beaker. Ice-cooled concentrated sulfuric acid is added at a rate of 20-30g/minute and then sodium nitrate is added and stirred for 4-6 minutes. Potassium permanganate is added in an ice water bath at a stirring rate of 900-1100 rotations per minute for 25-35 minutes at 30-40 degrees C to obtain mixture first. Graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid are added to in volume ratio of 1g:(25-35)mL. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional graphene oxide and zero-dimensional modified nanoparticles waterborne wood paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare two-dimensional graphene oxide and zero-dimensional modified nanoparticles waterborne wood paint improves the overall performance of paint and also improves quality of wood products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing two-dimensional graphene oxide and zero-dimensional modified nanoparticles waterborne wood paint involves using graphite powder and putting into a beaker. Ice-cooled concentrated sulfuric acid is added at a rate of 20-30g/minute and then sodium nitrate is added and stirred for 4-6 minutes. Potassium permanganate is added in an ice water bath at a stirring rate of 900-1100 rotations per minute for 25-35 minutes at 30-40 degrees C to obtain mixture first. Graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid are added to in volume ratio of 1g:(25-35)mL. Graphite powder and sodium nitrate are added to in quality ratio of 1:(0.4-0.6). Graphite powder and potassium permanganate are mixed in mass ratio of 1:(6-8). Obtained mixture is stirred at a rate of 50-60g/minute. Distilled water is added and then stirred at 900-1100 rotations per minute for 4-6 minutes. The step is repeated two times and then 25-35wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution is added, until mixture became golden brown color to obtain a mixture second. Distilled water and graphite powder are added in mass ratio of (4-6)mL:1g. Distilled water I and distilled water II are mixed in volume ratio of 1:(1.5-2.5). Distilled water I and distilled water III are mixed in volume ratio of 1:(15-25). Distilled water I and 25-35% hydrogen peroxide solution are mixed in volume ratio of 1:(5-20). Obtained mixture second is allowed to stand for 10-14 hours. The layers are separated and supernatant is removed. Obtained precipitate washed with a dilute concentration of 8-12% hydrochloric acid. Sulfate ions are removed from solution and washed repeatedly with deionized water and silver nitrate solution until the test solution is not chlorine ions and then adjusted to pH 4-5 to obtain a suspension. Obtained suspension stirred at a speed of 7000-9000 rotations per minute and 2500-3500 rotations per minute respectively for 10-15 minutes to obtain precipitate. Obtained precipitate is transferred into a dialysis bag, and then dialysed with deionized water at stirring rate of 300-500 rotations per minute to obtain graphite oxide. Deionized water is added in obtained graphite oxide and then placed under ultrasonic machine cell smash power at 750-850 watt for 15-25 minutes. The obtained mixture is stirred at speed of 13000-15000 rotations per minute for 10-12 minutes to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide. Graphite oxide and deionized water are mixed in quality volume ratio of (0.6-0.8)g:200mL. Graphene oxide, inorganic nanoparticles hybrid complex and zero-dimensional inorganic nano-particles are added to obtained aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide to obtain hybrid composite liquid. Zero-dimensional inorganic nano particles and aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide are mixed in mass ratio of (10-50):100. Cationic surfactant is added to the hybrid composite liquid and then placed under ultrasonic machine, where power is 300-1000 watt for 30-240 minutes to obtain a composite liquid. The composite liquid water of obtained composite liquid is removed by rotary evaporation to 50-80% and then compound is added to waterborne paint, followed by ultrasonic machine for 30-240 minutes. Obtained product is stirred at 14000-16000 rotations per minute for 25-35 minutes to give a two-dimensional graphene oxide and zero-dimensional inorganic modified nanoparticles waterborne wood paint. Cationic surfactant and aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide are mixed in mass ratio of (0.5-1):100. Graphene oxide and solid content of waterborne wood paint are mixed in mass ratio of (0.2-0.8):100, where solid content of the waterborne wood paint is 30%.
