NOVELTY - High temperature resistant peelable semi-conductive polypropylene insulating shielding material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-30 pts. wt. modified ethylene-acrylate copolymer, 40-55 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 20-35 pts. wt. superconducting carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. nano carbon material, 3-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.4-1 pts. wt. anti-copper agent. USE - Used as high temperature resistant peelable semi-conductive polypropylene insulating shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene insulating shielding material has non-crosslinking, high temperature resistant level, long service life and low energy consumption, is environmentally friendly and recyclable reuse. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of high temperature resistant peelable semi-conductive polypropylene insulating shielding material, comprising (i) accurately taking various materials according to the composition for use, (ii) (iia) mixing polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, modified ethylene- acrylate copolymer, antioxidant, anti-copper agent and lubricant in a mixer, the mixing time is 10-15 minutes, controlling the temperature at 60℃, the stirring speed is 40 revolutions/minutes, so that the particles and the powder are uniformly dispersed, (iib) using a reciprocating machine production, adding the material to the reciprocating machine main feeding by weight loss scale, (iic) adding the superconducting carbon black and nano-carbon material into the reciprocating machine by side feeding, and continuously mixing, and (iid) injecting the mixture into a single-screw extruder to extrude, granulating into particles of the semi-conductive shielding material by underwater dicing; the upper order temperature of the reciprocating machine is feeding section 155±30℃, mixing section 165±33℃, extruding section 165±33℃; the temperature of the lower order single screw is machine body 155±30℃, and head 160±32℃.
