▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high-heat-conductivity antistatic graphene/polycarbonate (PC) masterbatch comprises adding PC powder to organic solvent, and heating to 60-90 degrees C and stirring for 30-40 minutes to form 0.03-0.05 g/mL transparent pure polymer solution; slowly adding graphene powder at 0-1 g/minute, continuously heating for 10-15 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing to form graphene intercalated PC solution; removing and recovering mixed solution by rotary evaporation, and slowly evaporating solvent to obtain graphene/PC composite material, in which different concentrations of graphene/PC masterbatch are prepared by changing amount of graphene added; grinding the composite material with small amount of organic solvent, and keeping in blast oven at 80-90 degrees C for 4-5 hours to evaporate organic solvent or decomposed water to obtain dark graphene/PC masterbatch powder; and pressing using four-column flat vulcanizing machine and special mold. USE - Method for preparing high-heat-conductivity antistatic graphene/polycarbonate masterbatch used for making radiation shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare polycarbonate masterbatch with different concentrations of graphene by simple solution blending, and avoids destruction of graphene sheet structure during melt processing. The graphene can be uniformly dispersed in polycarbonate to improve electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of composite material and improve antistatic performance of plastic.
