NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film having conductive circuit comprises (i) surface of first substrate forming conductive line to obtain substrate material, (ii) mixing graphene film on surface of conductive circuit, compounding layer or multiple layers of substrate material is obtained in step (i), then combining with second base plate to obtain intermediate product on the surface of graphene film first base plate, and (iii) removing first substrate of intermediate product by chemical etching to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite film having conductive circuit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has high conductive pattern formed of random shape, high-conducting circuit, excellent bonding, flexible, simple preparation method and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
