NOVELTY - Reinforced ceramsite comprises 60-70 wt.% lightly calcined bauxite, 20-30 wt.% bauxite raw material, 2-6 wt dolomite, 0.5-5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1-3 wt.% mixed rare earth rich in praseodymium-neodymium and 0.5-2 wt.% graphene powder. USE - Used as reinforced ceramsite. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced ceramsite has low density (claimed), high strength, strong resistance to crushing, and high added value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing reinforced ceramsite comprising adding raw materials other than graphene into grinding device, grinding to a certain particle size, then grinding in ball mill to a fineness of 600 meshes, dispersing graphene powder in ethanol, and ultrasonically oscillating to obtain black graphene solution, adding obtained mixed powder to graphene oxide solution, adding water, stirring to obtain wet powder, aging, granulating, and drying at 80-120 degrees C for 30-60 minute to obtain ceramic semi-finished product, sieving at room temperature to obtain qualified semi-finished product, heating in furnace to 1390-1420 degrees C at a rate of 180 degrees C/hour, sintering for 1-2 hours and then cooling with furnace to obtain final product.
