▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene and click chemistry-based copper ion detecting method involves mixing the alkyne-modified graphene with the azide group-containing rhodamine in a phosphate-buffered saline buffer to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is added with the sample to be tested and ascorbic acid, subjected the resulting mixture to measurement of a fluorescence spectrum, where the alkyne-modified graphene concentration is preferably 10-100 mg/mL, more preferably 30-80 mg/mL, and most preferably 50 mg/mL. USE - Method for detecting graphene and click chemistry-based copper ion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the graphene and click chemistry-based copper ion with strong fluorescence quenching effect, high- sensitivity and large specific surface area in rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a copper ion detection reagent kit for preparing test product for imaging intracellular copper ions.
